Warranty

Warwick Mills warranties that all TurtleSkin products will be free from material and workmanship defects and the buyer’s remedy is limited to the repair or replacement of nonconforming product. Warranty does not cover excessive wear or damage caused by the user. Warranty limited to one-year from date of purchase. 

To request warranty service or a Return Authorization, please email customerservice@warwickmills.com or call 1-603-291-1028.  Only merchandise with prior warranty approval from our Returns Department will be accepted for credit, repair, or product replacement.
